Clear expectations for using our services
Terms and Conditions
Effective and last updated: 11 August 2026
Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website, requesting an appointment, making a consultation payment, or joining a consultation, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Online consultations offered through this website are intended for adults aged 18 years or above. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person, misuse the service, record a consultation without permission, or use the platform for an unlawful purpose.
Nature of the service
Santham Wellness coordinates Ayurvedic sexual-wellness consultations by audio, video, and, when available, verified clinic appointments. The website and journal provide general educational information; they do not create a clinician-patient relationship until a consultation is accepted and begins.
Individual doctor profiles, personal phone numbers, and private social accounts are not published. All appointments and routine communication must remain within the official Santham Wellness care process.
Fees and additional costs
The current fee is ₹1,000 for an audio consultation and ₹2,000 for a video consultation with a doctor. Payment covers the scheduled consultation only unless the booking message expressly states otherwise.
Medicines, laboratory tests, scans, delivery charges, in-clinic procedures, and outside referrals are separate. Their purpose and expected cost should be explained before you decide whether to proceed.
Clinical limits and patient responsibility
You are responsible for sharing relevant symptoms, medicines, allergies, diagnoses, reports, and changes in your condition honestly. Do not stop prescribed medicine or begin a new product solely because of general website content.
No result, cure, pregnancy outcome, duration, or absence of adverse effects is guaranteed. A clinician may decline or stop remote care, request identity or age confirmation, advise testing or examination, or refer you to another professional when appropriate.
Appointments, communication, and conduct
Appointment times are estimates and reasonable delays can occur in clinical work. Please join from a private, safe setting with a usable phone or internet connection. Abusive, threatening, deceptive, or sexually inappropriate conduct toward staff or clinicians may result in termination of the interaction without limiting other available remedies.
WhatsApp is used primarily for coordination, consent, documents, and follow-up. It is not an emergency service and should not be relied upon for urgent clinical monitoring.
Website content and availability
We may correct, update, suspend, or remove website content and services. We try to keep information accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every service will be suitable or available in every location.
The Santham Wellness name, logo, visual identity, original writing, and website design may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission.
Liability and governing context
Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Santham Wellness is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on general educational content, third-party outages, unauthorised user conduct, or information withheld during consultation.
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Questions or concerns should first be raised through the official care line at +91 98998 93388 so they can be reviewed in good faith.
