Transparent consultation pricing
Santham Wellness charges ₹1,000 for a private audio sexologist consultation and ₹2,000 for a video consultation with a doctor. The fee is confirmed before booking and covers the scheduled clinical consultation. Medicines, diagnostic tests, delivery, procedures, and outside referrals are not included unless explicitly stated.
Audio can suit people who prefer a voice-only conversation, have limited bandwidth, or feel more comfortable without video. The clinician takes a structured history, reviews relevant information, explains the clinical impression and next steps, and advises if video, examination, or testing is required.
Video provides a face-to-face appointment from home and may allow limited visual observation where relevant. It still cannot replace every physical examination. The doctor may recommend local testing or an in-person visit when that would improve safety or accuracy.
Consultation fees do not automatically include Ayurvedic medicines, laboratory tests, scans, medicine delivery, clinic procedures, or another specialist’s fee. You should receive a clear explanation of any additional recommendation and expected cost before deciding.
One reschedule may be requested without an additional consultation fee when the care team is contacted at least six hours in advance, subject to availability. If a paid video consultation must continue only by audio because of a verified technical issue, the team will arrange an appropriate adjustment or alternative appointment under the published cancellation policy.

Completed consultations are not refundable. Duplicate payments, clinic cancellations without a suitable alternative, and verified service failures are handled under the published policy.
