Your information, handled with care
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: 11 August 2026
Our commitment
Santham Wellness understands that sexual-wellness information is deeply personal. This policy explains what information we may receive through this website, WhatsApp, booking conversations, audio or video consultations, follow-up communication, and related care coordination.
We use personal information only for clear care, communication, payment, safety, legal, and service-improvement purposes. We do not sell patient information or publish personal consultation details.
Information we may collect
Booking information may include your name, age confirmation, phone number, state or city, preferred language, preferred consultation format, and appointment availability.
Clinical information may include symptoms, health history, medicines and supplements, allergies, reports, lifestyle information, fertility or relationship context, and notes created during consultation or follow-up.
Operational information may include payment confirmation or transaction references, communication history, consent records, device or browser information, and basic website logs. We do not ask you to send card numbers, passwords, OTPs, or banking credentials through WhatsApp.
How information is used
Information may be used to arrange an appointment, match the consultation to an appropriate clinician, provide and document care, review reports, coordinate follow-up, process or verify payments, respond to questions, maintain service security, comply with applicable duties, and improve the reliability of our care process.
Only information reasonably needed for the stated purpose should be requested. Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it for future processing, subject to information that must be retained for clinical, legal, accounting, safety, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared within the authorised Santham Wellness care and coordination team on a need-to-know basis. It may also be processed by services used for communication, video or audio calls, hosting, security, payments, delivery, laboratories, or professional advice.
WhatsApp, payment providers, laboratories, delivery providers, and other third parties may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Please avoid sending more health information through general chat than is necessary for booking; clinical details are best discussed in the scheduled consultation.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, continuity of care, legal or professional obligations, accounting, safety, and the handling of complaints or disputes. Different records may have different retention periods.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, access controls, and care-team boundaries. No internet, messaging, or storage system can be promised to be completely secure, so please use a private device and connection whenever possible.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for information about the personal data we hold, request correction of inaccurate information, request erasure where retention is no longer required, withdraw consent for future optional processing, or raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
This consultation service is intended for adults aged 18 years or above. Do not submit a minor’s health information through the website or WhatsApp unless the care team has confirmed an appropriate guardian-led process.
Contact and regulatory context
For a privacy request or grievance, contact the official Santham Wellness care line on WhatsApp at +91 98998 93388. Please write “Privacy request” and do not include unnecessary clinical details in the first message.
